Terms of use

EFFECTIVE DATE: 2026-06-02 // VERSION 2.14

1. Introduction

These terms set out the rules for using innovationquest.vip. The website is operated by UK INNOVATION ACADEMY LTD, which trades as Innovation Quest and is registered in England and Wales under company number 17195550. Our postal details are on the contact page.

Using the website means you accept these terms. Please do not use it if you disagree with them.

2. Permitted use

You may read the website without charge, print pages for your own reference and share links to them.

Any other use of the website's material for commercial purposes needs our written permission first.

3. Prohibited use

Do not try to access parts of the website or its hosting systems that are not open to the public, and do not test it for vulnerabilities, introduce harmful code, copy it in bulk or overload it with automated traffic.

Do not use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful to others.

Do not present yourself as connected with, endorsed by or acting for Innovation Quest unless we have agreed to it in writing.

4. Changes and interruptions

We may update, suspend or remove parts of the website at any time, for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

We aim to keep the website running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

5. Accuracy of information

Content on the website is general information about our studio and the puzzle games we design. We take reasonable care over it, but it may be incomplete or out of date at times.

Descriptions of maps, items, mechanics and supported devices reflect our plans when written and are not a promise to provide any particular feature.

The website is not an offer to sell anything, and its content is not part of any contract with you.

6. Games and Google Play

We distribute our games through Google Play. Google's terms govern downloads, payments and refunds made through that store.

Each game will have its own privacy policy on this website and may also have its own end-user terms, which apply alongside these terms.

Your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content, are not affected by these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Copyright and other rights in the website's text, maps, graphics, logos, design and code belong to UK INNOVATION ACADEMY LTD or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, republish or distribute website or game material except as these terms or the law permit.

8. Third-party links

We link to outside websites such as Companies House, the Information Commissioner's Office, Cloudflare and Google Play.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those websites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies.

Otherwise, we are not liable for loss caused by using the website, relying on its content or the website being unavailable, unless the loss was a foreseeable result of our failing to exercise reasonable care and skill.

Business users agree that we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Please protect your own devices with up-to-date security software. We are not liable for damage caused by malicious code that we could not reasonably have prevented.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and our use of cookies in the cookie notice.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Choosing not to enforce a provision straight away does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These terms create rights only for you and us, and no third party may enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

We may amend these terms. The effective date and version at the top of the page show which edition applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes about them. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts.

Questions about these terms can be posted to UK INNOVATION ACADEMY LTD at the address on our contact page.
